If you love the call of the open road as much as we do, we’d love to hear from you. When you are hired at Reynolds Nationwide, you aren’t just enlisting in a job, you’re joining a business that views each individual as part of the family. In addition to good pay, bonuses, and benefits (see below for more details), you’ll find that Reynolds offers a spirit of camaraderie and an uncommon appreciation for employees. That company culture is embodied in the values of our founder Dennis Reynolds.
Reynolds Nationwide is looking for two classes of drivers
First, we are seeking truck drivers with a minimum age of 24 with a Class A CDL who can pass a drug/alcohol test as well as pass a physical test that is based on D.O.T. standards.
Second, we are hiring hazmat certified drivers for our Crude Oil and Tequila divisions with a minimum age of 24 and at least one year experience in hauling hazmat loads. You would need to pass a drug/alcohol test as well as pass a physical that is based on D.O.T. standards.
And our nine terminals across the country require dispatchers. We welcome those with an ability to maintain a good sense of cheer and are accustomed to the long shifts that the job entails.
Beyond those requirements, we are seeking:
Hard-working individuals who have a strong sense of teamwork, ready to pitch in to get the job done.
You must be safety-oriented. Your safety and the safety of cargo for not only its owners but other vehicles on the road is of paramount importance to us. That’s one reason why our equipment is rigorously tested and repaired at our maintenance shops. Additionally, we trade in our trucks after 500,000 miles to ensure that our fleet remains in great shape.
Other key criteria that we look for in new hires include honesty and integrity, hard work and good communication.
At Reynolds, we like to ensure that our drivers are home every 36 to 48 hours. We are delighted to accommodate individuals who are eager to take on additional work to boost their weekly pay.
Employees are paid weekly. We offer sign-on bonuses and performance pay, including bonuses for safety. Benefits include healthcare, dental care, and life insurance. We pay a portion of health and life insurance for each employee.
